David C. Felts
Assistant Editor
David C. Felts has been with the American Book Review since December 2006. In addition, he serves as the managing editor for symplokē. He has worked on several books in the capacity of copyeditor.
Felts received his B.A. in English literature from the University of Houston-Victoria and is currently, at the same institution, completing his master’s thesis on Whitman’s poetry and cosmopolitanism, incorporating Nancy’s and Deleuze’s theories of community, desire, and becoming. His general research interests include theories of self, identity, and affiliation; “postmodernist” literature; narrative and literary theory; and the philosophy of time.
