SPEAKER: Tony Diaz

is author of the novel The Aztec Love God and editor of Latino Heretics (both published by Fiction Collective Two) and a graduate of the creative writing program at the University of Houston and the founder of Nuestra Palabra, an organization devoted to the promotion of Latino writers and educating and inspiring the community. He lives in Houston and teaches at Houston Community College.
